Free QR Code Generator

Paste any website link and download a free QR code as PNG or SVG. No sign-up, subscription or expiry date on the code.

Tip: scan it with your phone before you print. Need a guestbook too? Every DigiGuestbook event comes with its own QR code.

How to create a free QR code

  1. Paste the website address you want people to open.
  2. Download PNG for everyday sharing, or SVG for sharp printing at any size.
  3. Scan the downloaded code with your phone before printing or sharing it.

Use your code on wedding invitations, table cards, event signs, business cards or posters. Keep the black code on a white background with clear space around it so phones can scan it easily.

Free QR code generator questions

Is this QR code generator really free?

Yes. Generate and download PNG and SVG QR codes without creating an account, paying or starting a subscription.

Will my QR code expire?

The static QR code has no expiry date. It contains your website address directly, without a DigiGuestbook redirect. The website you link to still needs to remain available.

Can I change the link after printing?

A static QR code cannot be edited after downloading. If your website address changes, make and print a new code. You can update the content at the same website address without changing the code.

Should I download PNG or SVG?

PNG works well for sharing and most documents. SVG is a vector file that stays sharp when resized, making it useful for larger printed signs.

Can I make a QR code for my wedding website?

Yes. Paste your wedding website, RSVP page or guestbook link. The generator works with any website address, including websites outside DigiGuestbook.

Does DigiGuestbook track scans of this QR code?

This generator creates your QR code in your browser and does not add a scan-tracking redirect. The destination website may have its own analytics.
