  • Do guests need to download an app?
    No. Guests open your guestbook in the browser by scanning a QR code or entering a short event code—no accounts or apps required.
  • How much does it cost?
    Nothing to start. Every event is free for up to 10 messages and 50 guest photos, and stays online for 14 days from the day you create it. Free includes the audio guestbook, the live wall and your own photos on the wall, including a carousel. Upgrading a single event lifts the message cap, adds more themes and full exports, and keeps it online for a year or more from the day you buy. See the tiers on the pricing page.
  • How long do my messages stay online?
    A free event stays online for 14 days from the day you create it, so it is best created close to your event. Upgrading starts the clock again from the day you buy: 12 months on Keepsake or Heirloom. That means there is no penalty for buying early — set up months ahead and your full period still runs from the purchase. After that, hosting renews automatically each year until you cancel. If you cancel, the guestbook closes when hosting ends and downloads are no longer available.
  • Does hosting renew automatically?
    Yes. Keepsake and Heirloom include 12 months of hosting. When that ends, hosting renews automatically at A$29/year so your guestbook stays online. We email you 30 days before every renewal, and you can cancel any time from your dashboard. If you ask within one month of a renewal charge, we refund it in full.
  • Is my guestbook private?
    Yes. Only people with your unique link or event code can access the guestbook. You can enable moderation, restrict media types, and delete your event at any time.
  • Can I display messages live at my event?
    Yes. Use our live display to show fresh messages, photos, and audio on a TV, projector, or venue screen. You can pause or approve messages first.
  • Can I download everything after the event?
    A keepsake PDF is available on every plan while the event is online. Keepsake and Heirloom also include downloadable photo and audio files, plus the other full-export formats shown on the pricing page.
  • What can guests submit?
    Typed messages, uploaded photos, and short voice toasts. You can enable/disable photos and audio anytime.
