Partner Program Terms of Service
1. Referral Attribution
You will be issued a unique code. Commissions are only attributed if the customer enters your code at checkout. We cannot attribute referrals retrospectively.
2. Payouts
Commissions are paid via bank transfer. Payouts are triggered once the customer's initial payment has been received and cleared by us. It is your responsibility to provide and maintain accurate bank details.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
If a customer is refunded due to their own cancellation or "change of mind," the associated commission is voided. If a refund is issued due to a technical failure of the DigiGuestbook service, your commission will not be affected.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Partners may not use their own referral code for personal events. We reserve the right to terminate partner status and void commissions for fraudulent activity or spamming.
5. Taxes
Partners are independent contractors and are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their referral earnings.
