How Event Hosting Works

Your memories are precious. DigiGuestbook gives every event a clear hosting period and shows its status in your dashboard.

What This Means For You

Free hosting runs for 14 days from event creation. Buying Keepsake or Heirloom starts a fresh 12-month period from the purchase date, unless the event already has a later end date. Renewing extends the existing end date.

We warn you before hosting ends. If you do not renew or upgrade, the guestbook closes. Export before the event closes if you want to keep an offline copy.

We’ve also added a beautiful new tracking display to your Account page, so you always know the exact status of your hosting.

You can always see the current hosting status and end date from your account.
